business in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. Our store is our catalog
which can fit your most convenient time frame for shopping. Let

Everyday Discounts
Creative
Academics offers a 10% discount on all products. The discount will be taken at
check-out. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, e-mail, or online.
Our office is open Monday through Friday.
Product Line
Order
products online from our online catalog.
Your order will be confirmed via e-mail along with an order number. Please
provide us with a valid email address. If we have any problems
with your order, you will be contacted by email. We do not sell or
give email addresses to other companies and do not store them for any
further use.
Sales
Tax
Georgia
residents will incur a 7% sales tax on their orders. Schools and
other tax exempt organizations will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping
Charges
Shipping
charges are calculated by weight of the package and are not
available when your order is submitted. To obtain a rough estimate,
go to the UPS
website and use Roswell (for city) and the 30075 zip code as
your origin. Actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice. If
you would like to request a specific shipping option, please do so in
the comment field at checkout.
Orders
weighing more than 3 lbs. are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise
requested in the message area. Packages under 3 lbs. are shipped via
U.S. Postal Service. These are NOT insured unless requested by the
customer. On rare occasions, the Postal Service will lose packages
and Creative Academics cannot accept responsibility when this occurs.
Georgia
Residents: Shipping is free within the state of Georgia for orders
of $50 or more. Please note that as of January 1, 2010, bulk paper orders are no longer eligible for free shipping. These orders are normally shipped via U.S. Postal
Service. Orders less than $50 will be charged actual shipping
charges. Customers requesting special or expedited shipping methods
will incur the price differential from U.S. Postal Service Parcel
Post shipping charges.
Order
shipment time will vary. Some orders ship same day while others
normally ship within 3-10 days. If you have a special need date for
your order, please include a message with that date. We will reply
with an email if that date cannot be met.
Payment Methods
Visa and
MasterCard are accepted. Purchase orders from schools and other
previously authorized institutions are accepted with net 30 day terms and may
be mailed to the following address:

Returns
Please
note a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
When requesting authorization for returns, please include billing
invoice number. Materials being returned must be in saleable
condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all
materials invoiced. Books are not returnable. Note that you will be
credited for the merchandise amount only as shipping charges are non-refundable.
